	Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Holly will be at the Whole Foods in Laguna Niguel cooking some of her favorite recipes and signing books.  Come on down and say hello.
	Saturday and Sunday, April 21 -22, 2012, join Holly at Arizona’s Ultimate Women’s Expo.  Holly will be speaking at the Expo, signing books and answering all your questions.
	Thursday, April 19, 2012 Holly will be on EVB Live discussing her book and appearance at the upcoming Ultimate Women’s Expo in Phoenix.
	Friday, February 3, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Holly will be on Sonoran Living Live to discuss how eat out and keep to your fitness goals.
	Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Holly will be on Sonoran Living Live to discuss ways to make the Holidays less stressful.
	Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 6:00p.m. It is OC Fashion Week and Holly will be teaching a yoga class for Lululemon at the Spectrum Shopping Center in Irvine, California.  The class starts at 6:00 p.m. in front of the giant ferris wheel at the Irvine Spectrum.  The event is free so bring your favorite yoga mat, and your friends, and join Holly for an hour of yoga and fashion with Lululemon!
	Sunday September 25, 2011 Holly will be presenting 10-Minute Yoga and talking about her book, Stress Less, Weigh Less at the WPIX Health Expo in New York.
	Monday September 5, 2011 Holly will be in Phoenix doing another segment on Good Morning Arizona (8:00a.m.)
