Hi, Holly! I'm looking forward to buying your book one of these days. Would love to hear more from you and your tips. I'm sure they work out great.

Anyway, I agree with you that if you think less of stress, you could actually weight less. I know that some people, if undergoing stress, tend to do things like eating a lot or slacking off, hence making them eligible to adding weight.

Right now, I'm fighting my own weight loss wars because my work doesn't require moving around much and that pushes me to eat more.

Your blog looks great, by the way. More power to you and your book, Holly!

I personally don't understand why people don't do this more often. Fill up on water, fruits and veggies and you won't gorge yourself on the bad stuff.

I'm going to get my mom Wii Fit when I go home for Christmas! This isn't the first time I've heard people having success with exercising with the Wii, all the more evidence that it's time to invest in it.

This is interesting. I grew up with my grandma preaching to always drink water after a meal to "clear yourself out". I totally understand this concept though. I eat way to much, so it is worth a try.

Hi Holly (It is You who wrote this, rigtht??)
A question - I know many teachers (many... maybe 5 or 6) who practice 10-15 minutes a day, and they say it is the best for them, BUT, is it also true for a beginner? Isn't it like meditation - The Monk who practices for YEARS can get into a high state of awareness in a few minutes of meditation, while the beginner sometimes needs a few hours or days to even scratch the surface?
Thanks for sharing the video and the information!!
