Hi everyone.  As an example of how I workout, below is exactly what I did for exercise during the week referenced below:  Week of Sunday, March 21, 2010 to Saturday, March 27, 2010 Sunday:    We went on a 1 1/2 hour wilderness hike today.   Awesome!
